COURSE DESCRIPTION

If you’re looking to escape the stress of everyday life and indulge in some proper training, nutrition guidance and relaxation during your next holiday, then Budokon Weekend Experience might be just what you need. So, whether you like dance, yoga, martial arts or just want to enjoy moving this is the best seminar for you in Düsseldorf.

 

FRIDAY (21th June)
18:00-20:00pm  Fundamentals of Budokon Living Arts

Discover basic tool for efficient movement along the floor, finding flow & fluidity.


SATURDAY (22th June)
10-13:00pm  Mobile Mover

Awareness develops movement intelligence allowing you to be free & formless.
13:00-14:00pm Lunch Break
Nutrition Talk by Lisa. Plant Based meals, coconut & vitamin infused water. Introduction to "active food for athletes".
14:00-16:30pm  Therapy
Movement for joint & tissue health, nervous system tuning & breath control.

SUNDAY (23th July)
9:30-10:30  Matcha Meditation & Movers Nutrition
10:30-13:30  Calisthenics & Animal Locomotion
The art of the squat & exploring quedrupedal animal patterns & chains. Fundamentals of Calisthenics.
13:30-14:30pm Lunch Break

Active  food" is rooted in the belief  that nutrition acts as fuel for unlocking human potential making you the best you can be in any given momentIt is based on a varies of health studies, ancient cooking techniques and healing traditions, custom-tailored to meet the needs and specification of an active mind and body.
14:30-16:30pm Mixed Movement & Transitions
Play session of challenging transitions moving dynamically through range & levels.
