The True Mixed Movement  7 Day Experience is designed, structured and content being accessible and of value to everyone. We have many new people to yoga, martial arts and calisthenics attending, so if you are at the beginning of your journey or curious then you will be most comfortable and we also cater for those with more experience.

Is your interest more physical movement? Is your interest more spiritually focused? Or is it to stop the wandering mind so you can create more peace in your daily life? The Mixed Movement Experience Bali explores all these avenues to give you positive tools to continue using in your everyday life.

The island location and its turtle inhabited water is the perfect setting to unplug from your busy lifestyle.
Sunrise and sunset classes (in english) every day:
Budokon yoga, movement & meditation classes with a strong emphasis on mindfulness to bring you in to present moment living.
Martial arts classes with using Budokon elements, striking, grappling and build a strong foundation of self-discipline, respect and confidence.
Calisthenics and mobility classes with the power of body awareness for natural strength and revolutionize your daily practice.
Delicious local organic meals to keep the body and mind sharp and relaxed thru the whole experience.
